Guest details are private

Only the couple or coordinator managing the wedding can see the guest list. Other guests cannot see names, phone numbers, replies or notes.

Each guest opens their invitation through a private link. That link reaches one household’s own answers and nothing else, and it is never listed anywhere a guest could browse.

We do not sell guest details or use them for advertising. Like any online service, GuestTally relies on hosting and database providers to run, and information is stored on their systems.

When we delete guest details

We delete guest details 90 days after the wedding. This includes names, phone numbers, replies, notes and check-in records. We keep only the overall headcounts unless the coordinator deletes the entire guest list sooner.

Vendor listings are public

A business that lists itself in the directory is asking to be found, so its name, description, location, photos and contact details are shown publicly. If you would like your listing changed or removed, just ask and we will do it.
